With more than two decades of experience in Bengaluru's real-estate landscape, G R Mohan Babu has built his career by understanding land at its most fundamental level: ownership, relationships, documentation, location, timing and long-term possibility. His work has evolved from land procurement into aggregation, acquisitions and development partnerships. His strength lies in bringing together landowners, investors, developers, institutions and professional teams around one clear objective: converting complex land opportunities into structured, executable transactions.

Chief Financial Officer, GRMH Group

Vishal RS joined GRMH Group in 2024 as a financial consultant to its land-aggregation and real-estate operations and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2025, moving from external advisory to executive ownership of financial strategy, capital planning and transaction operations. His work brings financial clarity to complex land transactions: helping management understand capital requirements, execution risks and commercial viability before resources are committed.
